Welcome to the 2026 Utah Pollinator Habitat Grant! Thank you so much for your interest in our Utah Pollinators!
If you are a returning applicant, our application process looks a little different this year: You will be required to log into the Utah Department of Agriculture & Food Submittable portal to begin your application, which requires the creation of a UtahID. If you already have a UtahID you can use your existing ID credentials to log in.
Important Application Information
- ALL APPLICATIONS ARE WELCOME! Residential, Rural, Restoration, Government, Commercial, Non-Profit, & Communities.
- Can't finish your application in one day? That's ok! You can save your data and return to your grant to finish it by using the 'Save Draft' button at the bottom of the application. Don't forget to write down and save your login credentials when you create your account.
- Grants are awarded first come, first served & based on the submitted project space, with the following exceptions:
- Incomplete applications are unconsidered. Please read directions carefully.
- Application does not meet criteria for success of project implementation. Please visit our YouTube Channel for videos about the Application Process & Program Details to best understand how a successful application is created around a thorough project proposal.
- Applicant is a prior awardee who did not submit the 3-year required annual reporting data.
- Grant closes without exception on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 5:00 PM MST.
- Grant Awardees will be notified no later than Wednesday, June 3, 2026.

UtahID & Submittable Information
- You will need to create a UtahID account before creating and using a Submittable account. You must be signed into your UtahID account each time you use Submittable.
- You will need to create a free Submittable account or sign in with Google or Facebook credentials to submit to these forms.
- You can save a draft of your work if you would like to finish filling out the form at a later date.
- If anything changes with the information you submitted, please request to edit the submission
- Submittable works best on Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported. Please make sure you are using a supported browser.
- We will follow-up with you about your submission by email. Please be sure to safelist notification emails from Submittable and check the email you used to sign up for your Submittable Account regularly.
Utah Open Records Law
If awarded: your application, project reports & inspection, and subsequent annual reporting may be subject to public disclosure. The Government Records Access and Management Act (“GRAMA”), Utah Code Section 63G-2-101 et seq., is Utah’s open records law and the state equivalent of the federal Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”). Through GRAMA, the public may request access to certain records maintained by Utah Department of Agriculture and Food.
